Campuses are no longer required to report monthly counts of the application to Analytic Studies at The Chancellor's Office. Monthly application reports are now received from XAP.

The system can be accessed to view an archive of monthly application counts dating back to fall 1983. The monthly counts are cumulative; so each column includes the total applications for the month that has just elapsed plus all prior applications received during the same application cycle. The system uses these historical numbers to forecast the total number of applications received for the cycle currently in progress. The last column of each archived table lists the final count of application received for an individual term. Those numbers were generated by the Chancellor's Office from the appropriate ERSA term files.

Access to the system is password protected. Historical tables have shared access among the campuses.
